Location

Sky & Water is situated in Frankfurt’s Gutleutviertel district.

Close to the city’s West Harbour, south of the transformer station, the property runs between the banks of the Main river and Sommerhoff park. The excellent location comes with both unique views and good connections to the public road network and local public transport.

Frankfurt’s Gutleutviertel district in general and the area around Sky & Water in particular will see many exciting developments in the coming months.

a new waterfront promenade with pathways and green spaces, right on Sky & Water’s doorstep
the arrival of tram line 14, connecting the Gutleutviertel district with the trade fair quarter, city centre, Sachsenhausen, Ostend and Bornheim
a new junction in Gutleutstrasse will be finished shortly – for even better access by car
the plan is for the area to continue its transition into a mixed residential and commercial neighbourhood
new micro-apartments next to the towers will form a pleasant shield from the hustle and bustle of Frankfurt’s city traffic
